Things that have helped me

Hibicleanse soap. It’s inexpensive and keeps your infected areas clean.

Panoxyl. This is another soap I use. It is for acne and helps with the hs inflammation.

Water. Drinking tons of water really helps.

Baby wipes. I use these all the time to clean my arms.
